All new homes built in Ontario are covered by the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act. Tarion’s role is to ensure that new homeowners receive the coverage they are entitled to under their builder’s warranty. 

Terra View Homes provides the following in all homes:

• 1-year comprehensive material and labour warranty on property and building as per Tarion warranty program coverage
• 2-year warranty on items such as water penetration, heating and electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations as per Tarion warranty program coverage
• 7-year major structural defect warranty as per Tarion warranty program coverage
• Manufacturer’s warranty on all installed appliances and products are provided at the time of the pre-delivery inspection
